AXÉ WORLD FESTIVAL

This series is a tribute to the energy, spirit, and cultural richness of three concerts held at the National Arts Centre, as part of a festival that celebrates resistance, diversity, and the deep roots of global music. My intention was to do more than document. I set out to capture the soul of the experience: the rhythms, emotions, colors, and atmosphere that pulsed through every performance.

For De Mar y Río, I created a video piece that reflects the depth and vibrancy of their live presence. For the other bands, I focused on still photography, taking special care to preserve the mood and visual essence of each moment with respect and intention.

This work is the result of a deep commitment to storytelling through image. A visual testimony of sound, identity, and celebration.
